Meet The Team

​Seth and Amy Hall / Owners

Seth and Amy are high school sweethearts who graduated from Constantine. They now have three kids who are all active in school sports and other community activities. Seth has been a flooring installer since 1999 and has a true passion for his work. In his free time Seth enjoys camping, coaching, hanging out with his friends and participating in church mission groups in the Dominican Republic and Malawi, Africa. Amy has previously worked in the accounting field for almost 20 years and now manages the storefront. When she isn’t working Amy likes to go camping, running and watch her kids participate in sports. Seth and Amy have now owned Constantine Flooring Center since December of 2017.

​John E. Davis / Installer

John E has recently joined the CFC installing crew in July of 2019 but has over 27 years of flooring experience. When he isn’t hard at work, John E enjoys playing golf and disc golf and also spending time with his wife and daughter. He is also an active member of Radiant Life Church where he plays guitar and sings for the worship band.

​Sawyer Brown / Installer

Sawyer has been a member of the CFC installation crew since January of 2018. He spends most of his free time on the water as an active tournament fisherman. When he isn’t hunting, fishing, or installing floors, you can find Sawyer at Riverside Church where he is proud member.

​Alex Brown / Office Manager

Alex is a recent graduate of Ferris State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resource Management. She joined the CFC family in May of 2019. Alex’s after work hobbies include hiking, painting, interior designing, bargain shopping, and worshipping at Riverside Church.

Roy Solis / Installer​

Roy joined the CFC installation crew full time in October of 2018 after he graduated from Constantine High School. In his spare time, Roy enjoys working on cars and perfecting his own Jeep.

Ben Jones / Installer

Ben comes to us with over 10 years of flooring experience and is the perfect addition to the installation crew. He has a great passion for hunting, fishing, and any outdoor activity. Ben is a Constantine graduate and enjoys living in the community with his wife and daughter.
